In the last years I was involved in the making of the new curriculum for the german part of switzerland for K-9 schools. You saw it on the last slide: Switzerland is very small. But even the small country Switzerland is divided into 26 cantons and up to now, every canton has it’s own curriculum. Only now we made one single curriculum for the 21 german speaking cantons of Switzerland. And: This curriculum has a new compulsory chapter called ‘media and computer science’.
