Some physical computing devices offer a closer access to actuator and sensor components to students compared to usual computers. While working with those devices, students will often come to the point where their assumptions are not sufficient enough and where they need to include knowledge from other STEM-disciplines. This poster presents a model which pictures the relationship between different disciplines and the use of sensor data. Based on this model, the individual part and cooperation of different disciplines can be analyzed and their relation to computer science can be shown.
